In 2011, Hengerda passed the “National High-Tech Enterprise” examination for the first time and passed re-examinations for consecutive years up to the present day. In 2018, Hengerda obtained ISO09001:2015 Quality Management Systems Certification and ISO014001:2015 Environmental Management Systems Certification. Hengerda independently developed an automated production line for die-cutting tools and saw cutting tools. This production line for heavy-duty die-cutting tools well exceeded the early limit of processing only a single 2-meter profile per batch. The line can produce rolls of die-cutting steel and band saw cutting tools without welding. It helped to form a continuous operation, stable quality, complete automatic production line. The bi-metal band saw blade production line can run automated production and control. The products are finished with superior mechanical properties: high toughness, good tensile fatigue resistance, high abrasive resistance, and impact resistance.
